HOW DO I PAY?

When you have completed your order, click on the Pay Now button and you will be taken directly to PayPal. Not familiar with PayPal? It only takes a few minutes to sign up and is a FREE service for making secure online payments without revealing your credit card details to anyone other than PayPal.

Don't want to use PayPal? Not a problem. Simply print out your order (click on the print icon in your toolbar when you are on the Shopping Cart page), and send to Treasure Bin, Manderley House, Manderley Court, Letterkenny, County Donegal, Ireland, with your Mastercard/Visa/Laser card number, expiry date and security code (last 3 digits on the back of the card). Don't forget to give me your address and phone number!  If you would like to pay by cheque/postal order/bank draft, or in Sterling or US dollars, or need any more information or help, then please phone first: (074) 9177877 from Eire or (00353) 74-9177877 from N.I., UK or rest of Europe.   Or you can e-mail.

HOW MUCH DOES POSTAGE COST?

The minimum charge is 1 Euro for delivery within Ireland and 1.50 Euro outside Ireland.   The shopping cart automatically caculates the cost according to the weight of your items, for delivery within Ireland/Northern Ireland.  International deliveries cost extra, and I will e-mail you with the correct information after I have packed and weighed your order.

The maximum charge is 12 Euro for up to 30kg within Ireland/Northern Ireland.

POSTAGE IS FREE WITHIN EIRE/N.I. WHEN YOU SPEND OVER 100 EURO (up to 30kg weight), and free for international delivery when you spend over 200 Euro (up to 2kg weight).

IS EVERYTHING AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY?

We are a small, family-run company endeavouring to give our customers the widest choice of products possible. This means that we cannot keep ALL items in stock all the time. If anything you ordered is not in stock, you will be given the choice of a substitute item or refund.

I LIVE IN BORA BORA - CAN I STILL ORDER?

No problem!  We deliver worldwide, and offer you a choice of standard airmail or courier service.  We accept payment in Euro, Sterling or US dollars (cheque, postal order, bank draft/cashier's check, Mastercard, Visa, Laser or PayPal - NOT Switch or Maestro, sorry).  On request, we will e-mail you a Ready Reckoner for currency conversion.

I WANNA BUY LOADSA STUFF - HOW CAN I SAVE MONEY?

1. If you are a member of the Irish Craft Association, you get a 10% discount - just email me with your membership number.
   
2. Check out our Bargains & Bulk category (this links to our Ebid site, where I sell clearance and discontinued items, as well as some regular stock).
   
   

   Don`t forget - the MAXIMUM you pay for delivery is 12 Euro for up to 30kg weight delivered within Ireland/Northern Ireland.
   Don`t want it delivered?  I can just pack your order and keep it here in our shop, so that you can arrange to have it collected yourself.

   
   

DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE?

Our latest CATALOGUE (with some black-and-white photos) is not ready just yet but we are happy to e-mail our pricelist (no photos) free of charge. Just send an e-mail with the words 'Price List' and your location (e.g. IRL, UK, US) in the subject line and let me know which version you would like (Open Office, Excel, Word or Adobe pdf).  I include a ready reckoner to convert Euro to Sterling or Dollars, based on your location.
